I thank *cough* everyone *cough* for giving me ideas for my project here... Ok, ok... I admit I was expecting at least a few more suggestions; Like around 7-10 different people. That was my goal. But I can still work with what I have. I just have to work mostly on what I expect out of a chat client.
So. Here's the run down of my current project:
It's going to be a DeviantArt Chat Client, connecting through dAs current chat servers.
The chat window will be a rather standard mashup between the browser client and a standalone program, including more options that are typically found in the 3rd party add-ons or 3rd party clients:

Okay.. I'm getting in the mood to do another programming project, but I've sworn that my next one will take me closer to writing my own chat bot... SO... I've decided to write my own DeviantArt Message Network (dAmn) chat client. This wont be a browser based client like the default one at chat.deviantart.com/chat.... or the one I use at frogpond.herokuapp.com... This will be it's own program, run separately from any browser.
thing is, I already know what I would look for in a chat client... but I want this project to appeal to OTHERS as well... not just for my use. Because, going into the endgame here, I would be absolutely thrilled if so

So... I was approached by DarkAlchemistNinja (DAN) about 5 to 7 weeks ago with a request. What had happened was a friend of DANs had made this chat game (Called ChatPlz) some years ago and had shared it with him. Well... over the years, BOTH had lost the game file for the game. I was requested to recreate, and revamp, the game from scratch. And with this time and effort (and a mid-way slump) I am proud to announce the completion of the new and improved ChatPlz.
WTF is ChatPlz? Well it's mostly a basic chatting game. You chat just like normal and the bot gives you points for doing so. After so many points, you level up and earn a rando
